I just got two set of self-build battery pack killed by the BionX charger.
The first set is 11s4p with 48 x Samsung Samsung INR18650-35E 3450mAH battery.
The second pack is 11s2p with LG HG2 18650 3000mAH battery.
I believe both of them are killed by the charger.
To avoid fire risk, the battery charger is connected to a timed plug which will cut off the mains after a few hours. So the charger is not powered but still connected to the battery pack, so the charger is actually discharging the battery pack at slow rate without any protection, therefore over discharge the battery pack and finally killed it.
