Replace Grundfos UPS 15-50 130 center heating circulation pump - RustyOx - 10-09-2022
Issue: not hot water; boiler runs a short time and shutdown; hot water pipe stay cool, no water flowi sound.
The pump is not spinning which can been checked after take off the front screw.

Come with two rubber washers, and exactly the same fitting size (130mm) as the old pump.

Hot water is back after replaced the water pump.

You will need both 52mm pump spanner for the pump nut and a plumber spanner for hold the pump body to the position from spinning.

As long as you have the right tools, this job is pretty easy to DIY.
Please make sure drain the centre heating before doing the job. I started with shutting off the isolation valves, but there are still fairly amount of water came out and wet the carpet, then I decided to drain the centre heating system to stop the water.
