Videoshows of using torch to diagnost the LED backlight failure of LCD TVs, and the use of dummy loads to test the LED driver board without the LED backlight tester. Those method is is more suitable for home DIY repair without access to professinal tools such as LED backlight tester.

The video also specifically explains the reason why the LG LOGO flashs once on power up on some LG LED TVs.
